Happy and dressed up!

Babies my age usually get extremely angry when they are dressed in formal clothes. Wearing a vest or a dress shirt might be beyond what an infant normally does, but this one night I seem to be really enjoying it. See how happy I am! I think my Mom is as happy as I am, but she is not showing all of her happiness. Why can't adults get as excited as us?
